These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IOcomposer, including the cloud services and desktop software. By using IOcomposer, you agree to these Terms.

I-SYST grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use IOcomposer for internal use, subject to these Terms.

3) Your Content and Output

You retain ownership of your Content.

We process Content transiently to provide the Service. We do not intentionally retain prompts, source code, or AI outputs, except transiently for processing, security, error handling, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain non-content usage metadata.

By using AI features, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of applicable Content by third-party AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use Output for any lawful purpose. This license does not apply to any third-party content or code included in Output that is subject to separate license terms.

5) Billing and Plans

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6) Third-Party Services

IOcomposer relies on third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, and OpenAI. These services are governed by their own terms.

7) Disclaimers

IOcomposer is provided “as is” and “as available.”

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-SYST is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable consumer protection laws.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify I-SYST for claims arising from your misuse of IOcomposer, to the extent permitted by law and excluding claims resulting from I-SYST’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
